    Payment services in the United States are provided by Visa Global Services Inc. (VGSI), a licensed money transmitter (NMLS ID 181032) in the states listed here.  VGSI is licensed as a money transmitter by the New York Department of Financial Services. Depending on your specific arrangement - which includes, but is not limited to, a businesses jurisdiction, industry and product suitability - you will work with either Currencycloud, Sciopay or Ebury for your currency exchange needs. Funds are safeguarded by our FCA-regulated e-money partners at a credit institution, entirely separate from their own operating accounts, so client funds are safe.

When funds are posted to your account, e-money is issued in exchange for these funds, thanks to our collaboration with our regulated and trusted partners: Currencycloud, Sciopay and Ebury. In line with regulatory requirements, Currencycloud, Sciopay and Ebury safeguard your funds. This means that the money behind the balance you see in your account is held at a reputable bank, and most importantly, is protected for you in the event of their, or our, insolvency. The safeguarding of your funds stops when the money has been paid out of your account to your beneficiary’s account.
